Let the party look perfect, seek professional help in advance. Ensure that after numerous meetings with party caterers you have been able to decide who serves the best and gives you a good bargain deal at the end. If he is on a contract basis then be very sure that you have read his contract clearly, what in that is being offered to you, is he offering the best of his offers at the rate you are paying him.
